Catherine Slavíčková is a manager within the tax & legal department of Deloitte Czech Republic. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Strasbourg. She has been providing tax and transaction consulting for more than 8 years. She specializes in tax and accounting aspects of transactions and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, corporate tax and tax due diligence. Catherine is a registered tax advisor. She speaks fluent Czech, English and French.
