Jan is a partner in the financial advisory department of Deloitte Czech Republic where he is responsible for corporate finance. He has been working in the financial industry for more than 25 years. He has collected broad experience in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing, private equity, strategy development and international corporate banking. He was at the origin of a number of important mergers and acquisitions, as well as debt and equity issues (including several IPOs) in the Czech Republic and the region of Central and Eastern Europe.
