Jana Sedláková is a lawyer and founder of SEDLAKOVA LEGAL. In 2017 she was awarded by Ekonom magazine as an innovative lawyer. She has been working in the field of IT law, intellectual property and software for her whole career. She provides legal services to companies ranging from small enterprises to multinational companies and government agencies. Jana is the leader of a project focused on model investment documentation for startups, where she collaborates with dozens of other lawyers. Their goal is to unify startup investment environment and provide simple, easy-to-use documentation. She also founded a project “Ochrana nápadu”, which is dedicated to providing assistance to startups and TaxCounting, a tax consulting company.
