Y Combinator

Kyle is the Director of Startup School at Y Combinator. Startup School provides curriculum, exercises, accountability and community to early-stage startups. It’s the largest program of its kind in the world—over 230,000 founders have taken part. Kyle built Startup School as it exists today and is responsible for major new initiatives like opening the program to aspiring founders, moving to rolling admissions and launching the world’s largest co-founder matching platform.
Prior to joining YC, Kyle worked at Google and is also a former founder.
