Ondřej is an attorney and a head of the Czech branch of Sparring – an international law firm specializing in startups and technology companies. He focuses on corporate operations related to startups and technology companies, whether it is setting up the corporate and holding structures, early or later investment rounds, shareholder relations, or a successful sale of the company. In M&A, he has represented both sellers and buyers in dozens of transactions, both domestic and cross-border.
