Tilia Impact Ventures

Pavel is an ex-startup entrepreneur who co-founded and led Inmite, a tech company pioneering and leading the smartphone software in CE. After leading the sale of Inmite to Avast, he held various roles in upper management of the buyer building global product teams. Pavel is a mentor in various acceleration programs and an active angel investor in startups and the equity markets. All this experience, plus M&A experience from the seller and buyer side brought him to the world of impact investing as he became a Venture partner in Tilia Impact Ventures, the first “for Impact” investment fund in CZ.  Pavel is currently working on a successor Tilia fund.
